Worse yet, most of the people writing the articles you are reading have never been to the areas they are writing about, and most certainly have never lived there.

Time is valuable for all of us, whether it is excessive time planning a trip or losing valuable vacation time by not selecting the right itinerary.  I can save you time and money and hopefully turn a “good trip into a great trip” by providing information that I know by having done personal research myself, attended the events, visited the cities or towns, stayed at the hotels or gites, and ate at the restaurants.  If I haven’t personally experienced it, I probably know someone who has.  You’ll see from my blog and videos that I’ve been to several regions of France and have always been traveling on a strict budget.
