I spent a week in Nice, France to attend and film the Carnival and to visit some of the Cote d’Azur towns. This video is the first of a series of videos about Nice, the Carnival, Menton and its Lemon Festival and Parade, a review of two restaurants and one hotel, and a visit to Villefranche sur Mer. I have been to Nice city and Villefranche sur mer,but never heard of this festival.Can you tell me when this festival takes place? because i saw the video and realized that this festival is worth seeing.I can see many visitors coming to this place.Loved your video, but the only problem is the quality of video.

The festivals are part of Carnival which occurs in February and can be found by doing Google searches for Carnaval or Carnival for Nice and Villefranche. The video was taken before I owned my high definition video camera which is why the quality isnt as good as my more recent videos. Thanks for stopping by. Cynthia

Love the floats and their uniqueness and the one of the pregnant lady was a hoot. I didn’t realize Trip film partially funded the trip – that’s great. Excellent video, thanks for posting it.

Thanks, Linda, it actually posted a few months ago but, due to a malfunction on my blog, it reposted. But it’s still a fun parade to watch and does get a lot of views even though it’s old. That trip was one of the highlights of my travels so far. Cynthia
